Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate accurate and professional customer service on time.
- Maintain a professional attitude and represent the company positively.
- Demonstrate proper knowledge and use of the department's resources, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain acceptable interaction times by call and email, while remaining friendly and informative.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Actively seek solutions and identify trends for the right staff, including possible solutions or suggestions.
- Demonstrate the appropriate sense of urgency for customer responses.
- Retain customers and apply sales by offering them greater benefits and plans to continue in the company
Qualifications:
- High school graduate (present diploma or certificate).
- Level of English: 90% or higher (Advanced).
- Competencies: Communication skills, customer orientation (empathy), problem-solving and attention to detail
